SPINNING
With an instructor and high-energy music, you are led on an imaginary journey that allows you to capture the energy and adventure of outdoor cycling. Spinning allows you to utilize low-impact aerobics to improve your fitness level, cardiovascular endurance, tone and shape your lower body and BURN FAT!

YOGA
In a safe and supportive environment with our experienced instructors, you will learn how to listen to your body’s needs and respect its limitations through gentile stretching and breathing. New members of any level of fitness are encouraged to attend.

ZUMBA
With an instructor and high-energy Latin music, you will get a great cardiovascular workout and BURN FAT in a fun atmosphere. New members of any level of fitness are encouraged to attend.

BODY BOOT CAMP
Tired of the same old aerobics class? Take your workout to the next level with our innovative instructors; no class will be the same. BBC emphasizes the importance of variety in your workout, combining varied cardio and strength training exercises.

BODY SCULPT
A method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Body Sculpt has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor itself, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds.
